The Beach Body Challenge
Hi, everyone. My name is Koay Qunling, and I am a Fitness Trainer in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I am here lauching this particular challenge in order to achieve results that all of us had been longing for, better fitness level, stronger health and of course a much more spectacular physique. Therefore, in this challenge; I will execute a complete workout routine customized by me as well as a healthy diet and sufficient rest in order to achieve all the results I’ve stated in a period of 16 WEEKS. This challenge officially starts on 7th January 2008 and by the end of the 16th week, I will be a living proof that my fitness training and consultations WORKS as well as why is it necessary for us to have a healthier body.
There are actually 2 solid reasons on why did I launched this challenge.
1st Reason
I used to have a lean body when I was back in high school where I used to be very active in sports; especially long distance running, such as 1.5km, 10km, jogathons and marathons. But after graduating from high school, I was busy with my life in college and then came working life. Even when I was a fitness trainer, I still find it hard to make time for working out or staying on a healthy diet. After I’ve set up my own fitness services, I’ve noticed that I am really out of shape in my health and physique and it’s definitely my wake up call!
That’s when I realized I’ve lost my 6 packs, and got myself 1 GIANT SACK on my belly. I became very bulky and less defined. I tend to fall ill easily. Since it is year 2008 and I have a new resolution for myself…………….. I WANT MY 6 PACKS AND SCULPT BODY BACK. NOT ONLY THAT, I WANT MY HEALTH AND FITNESS LEVEL TO BE AT TIP TOP CONDITION!
I am currently putting my name and my career on the line here. Everone reading this site will then know that my fitness training and consultations are not a lie nor is it a con job, or any hidden twist. In fact, I am now going to prove to you by putting myself as the subject. I have no turning back. And I will do everything possible in order for me to achieve my results and of course with no surgery, drugs or any form of artificial or unhealthy actions involved.
2nd Reason
In my 16 weeks of journey, I am not only helping myself in achieving my goals. But at the same time, I will be trying to help you in achieving your goals as well. For FREE! I have posted up pictures of the food I consumed daily as well as the calories intake. There are even complete workout routines and steps of what you should do in order to achieve the beach body you’ve always desired.
