1.       Training

a. Resistance Training

Make sure you select the workout routines which suites you best. If you want to achieve optimum results, make sure you perform the exercise laid out 3x per week.

b. Interval Training

Based on research, interval training is the most effective way to accelerate your metabolism compared to old school aerobic training (eg. Spending 30-60 minutes on cardio machines). Make sure you perform interval training after your resistance training or during non-training days.

3.       Sufficient Rest

Resting (sleeping) at the right time will allow you to perform better in the following days. Resting means your body shall not work over time such as hanging out late till after 12 midnight.
