What’s the point of working out if your intensity is going to be so low that it’s not benefiting you? Why waste your enery and time when you are not getting any results? People who claims that they “workout” and sweat a lot after spending 2-3 hours in the gym or even saying “Wow! My workout intensity was high man!”. In my point of view, you might be just sweating due to the crowd. Your workout should always be short and efficient, meaning that you get the most out of every minute and seconds in your training session. Only take recommended rest in between your workouts and not just chill there like resting on a bench after shopping for 2 hours. That’s just nonsense, no offence people. But looking at certain people always complaining that they don’t achieve any results after working so hard, and they think they should stop eating or perhaps undergo one of those ridiculous diet routines. But they have not look back at their workout intensity, it’s not just low, it’s almost useless.

I am not saying that all workout sessions must be at high intensity, but there are times where you are supposed to do certain things, please do it. Don’t complain if you want to get fitter. Don’t complain if you want to get stronger. Don’t complain if you want to get healthier. Don’t complain if you want to look better. Like my favourite brand always say “Just Do It”. At least after every training session, you will be able to tell yourself “Great workout!”. Be proud of yourself at the end of each training and stay tune for your results.
1 month ago, I’ve launched my E.M.F.(Evolution Muscle Fitness) and got great feedback on that. Even for myself, I’ve gain 2.5kg of lean muscle in this 1 month. You don’t believe me? Want some photo proof? Sure. No problem at all, stay tune with me for 3 months and I will be posting a more buff version of me. Hopefully I would even be able to make it on a coverpage of a magazine.

People always finds it hard to be all ready for their workout session, there are always session like “I am so ready for this” as well as “Shit! I have to do this again“. There are so many healthy and easy ways to get yourself into the workout mood and ready to pump great weights or run the extra mile. One of the most effective ones will be…….. MUSIC!!!!
Research shown that music helps individuals relax, sleep or even workout better. Yesterday, I’ve finally made it to purchase my first ever ipod. The ipod shuffle, it’s small, portable, easy and best of all affordable.

Many people go into the gym and have those ridiculously loud techno music banging all over the place. But how many people actually enjoy those music? Getting in a place and not being able to enjoy yourself will definitely reduce your mood to workout and perform better. But with an ipod, you could have any of your favourite songs in it for as long as you want. I workout at home so normally would on my computer and have my favourite songs playing. Or even more, I will let my clients select the songs they like while they are working out.
So, one of the best way to get ready for your workout session would putting on your ipod. Play your favourite songs, get the heart pumping, get your blood rushing and get all hyped up for your training session. You will definitely benefit out of it. I know I did from my interval training session with my partner Kit today.

Couple of months back, I’ve met up with an old friend of mine back in high school. So he introduced me to one of his friends who happens to be my friends’ eldest brother. At the same time, he is also a very successful internet marketing expert. Those who needs help from him can visit his website.
So I met up with this internet marketing expert for the first time in McDonalds (yes, it’s fast food). But trust me when I say this, it has became his turning point in life after that meeting. He told me regarding his health issues and name callings from all his friends and families for him being overweight and unhealthy. “It’s time to change”, he said. So I was like, sure. Welcome to Qunling’s Fitness Sanctuary, where all unconventional training begins.
After 16 weeks, his hard work and dedication paid off. He has finally achieved the results he has been “dying” for. Getting healthy! He might not have 6 packs and super buff body like what all the gym advertisements promised you. But one thing is for sure, he had already achieved his goal to stay alive and being with his family and friends with a higher fitness level and better physique. I will be posting up his before and after pictures as well as some of his statistics here for everyone because he insisted on it. So I hope everyone else out there who is currently struggling for better fitness could start acting now and achieve those extraordinary results.

Last week, I’ve stated that I was going to start a new muscle regime to bulk some solid mass onto myself. On this monday, the new era to muscle fitness has begun and my workout partner, Kit has officially returned to back me up. We’ve started our muscle fitness and totally “destroyed” ourselves in the process (it’s a good thing).
On wednesday, when I was talking to one of my clients; she was telling me perhaps I should video record one of my training sessions. This way people would actually know that it’s not a lie when I tell them how much I am lifting. For a slow twitch genetic individual like myself, it’s most likely hard to put on some solid muscles. But then I found a cure for that, I will be revealing the secret to all of you soon enough.
For now, please enjoy the moment Kit have captured while I was doing my bench press on my first week of muscle building regime. The weights are 65.5kg.
