It’s already been almost 1 month since I’ve completed my 16 weeks Beach Body Challenge. I am still applying my healthy eating rules (MODERATION) so far. So, last weekend after picking up my girlfriend; we’ve decided to eat dinner at Carl’s Jr. for a change. In my mind I kept thinking “HELL YEA!!!!“. So after ordering our meal, we’ve sat down on the table waiting to be served and I came across their most famous and catchy advertisment.

Personally, I totally agree with the tagline. Size does matter, whether if it’s to a female or male. But when it comes to fast food, it matters even more. Why? Cause the amount of fats in the total calories you are consuming will be UP-SIZED as well. Although having it once in a while will be no harm, but everyday? NO WAY! Enjoy your life by taking care of your health for yourself and your love ones. It matters to them more than you know it.

Secondly, I would like to thank all of you who had been sticking around with me during my 16 weeks challenge, including my family, my other half, my friends and of course my clients. Thanks. Along with all the comments I’ve gotten after my Beach Body Challenge, although most of it were good ones. But, quite a lot of people are actually complaining that I am not a little too skinny, and I’ve been shrinking compared to last time. OK, I’ve got the picture; but for a slow twitch person like myself, building lean and massive muscles had always been a problem. My results will always tend to be slower and lesser. Although when it comes to burning fats it’s always faster and more efficient.

So, I’ve finally decided; on the first week of June 2008. I will be preparing myself into bulking at least 4kg of pure muscle mass in 1 month to prove that even unfortunately slow twitch people can do it too without dangerous steroids, expensive supplements or any other drugs. Not only that, I will be getting a full support from my workout buddy (Kit). He is finally back in action for working out with me. Along side with that, I will be launching a new training sequence for those who are interested in massive muscle building and fat burning at the sametime by the end of June along with my results. Dedication Awareness

Hi everyone, I am back. I know, it’s my fault that I was missing in action for such a long time. As you all know, I’ve just recently completed my 16 weeks of Beach Body Challenge and I went to Redang for a long awaiting holiday with my other half. As much as I love to say I enjoyed my vacation, for the real fact was, I DIDN’T! The reason why, I had too many long hours waiting either on the road side for my ride, or in the airport for my flight and not to mention that the food in the hotel was horrible and there was not a single bar for me to do my chin ups. But that of course should not be my excuse for not working out. I’ve even designed 2 sets of workout routine for all of you while you are away for your vacation and all you need is your back pack or just your body. Click Here to check it out!

Talking about dedication, many people always make vows to themselves saying that they will go beyond limits, do as they were told etc. in order to achieve great results. But in reality, 95% of them will failed. The reason why, their dedication level while working out alone will most likely be around 5%. Always looking for excuses in order to get themselves out from doing something. Working out is one of the thing unfortunately.

The fact is, great results doesn’t just come by a blink of eye. It takes hardwork, time and of course dedication. The more you dedicate yourself towards working out, the greater the results you will achieve. At the same time, by just dedicating and not doing it will not help you as well. But if you do not even have this tiny bit of dedication, most likely you will FAIL!

Like myself, I can’t get myself a bar that is stable enough to perform my workout routine in Redang during my vacation. Therefore, I had to look for other alternatives and after many attempts on many places, I am glad that I found one at last. It is how dedicated and determined you want to perform your workout routine in order to achieve those great results.
