I know I was supposed to be posting up my daily food intake pictures and calories here. But I have really been busy with my clients and research, not to mention my training sessions. So, I’ve came up with a conclusion; I won’t be able to be posting anymore of my food pictures and calories intake from 2 days ago. Honestly speaking, I hardly even get the chance to on my computer these days, once I am home, I am flat down on the bed.
But just so everyone knows what I am doing, my diet will still maintain the healthy and moderation rule I’ve always applied. I will have sufficient Carbohydrates, Protein, Fats in all my meals evenly without a doubt. Let me just give you a clearer picture of what my intakes for the rest 6 weeks will be
Calories = 2500 - 2600 kcal
Carbohydrate = 500 g
Protein = 140 - 150 g
Fats = 50 g
So this will be my diet rules and regulations for the rest of the 6 weeks. So I guess I will see everyone in 6 weeks time?
